Let’s get to know your athlete.
Our application opens in Google Forms. Complete one form per athlete, with a parent or guardian’s contact details.
We’ll ask about your athlete’s sport, goals, current training and availability. Their own words help us understand what matters to them.

Then book your call.
After submitting, use the booking link on the confirmation screen to choose a 30-minute call with Josh. Use the same parent name and email so we can match your booking to your application.
We’ll discuss your goals, program fit and the baseline assessment. Applying does not commit you to a membership.
